Be Strong in the Lord

I awoke at 3:23 a.m. and these words instantly and loudly and clearly popped into my head.  

 "Be strong in the Lord, Never give up hope." 

Something about it was sing-songy so I googled it to see if by chance it was lyrics and here's the song.
